Zahrawi Group successfully held its annual 2026 Kick-Off meetings for the KSA and GULF regions on February 3rd and 5th, respectively. Conducted in a hybrid format, the meetings brought together team leaders in the presence of Zahrawi’s top management, reinforcing alignment on priorities, performance, and the strategic direction for the year ahead.

The meetings focused on reviewing recent achievements, addressing challenges, and setting a clear course for execution, growth, and operational maturity. During both meetings, Abdulrahman Ramadan, Group CEO, described 2025 as a year of transformation and resilience, acknowledging the challenges faced and praising the disciplined leadership and strong commitment shown across Zahrawi Group. He highlighted the solid momentum in business development, along with meaningful progress in improving efficiency and strengthening operational excellence.

He also reaffirmed Zahrawi Group’s focus on governance and compliance as the company continues to grow. Expressing confidence in the year ahead, he shared the ambition to reach SAR 1 billion in revenue, reflecting the strength of the Group’s portfolio, the opportunities in the market, and the dedication of its teams across the region.

Across both Kick-Off meetings, divisional teams presented their 2025 accomplishments and success stories, while outlining their strategic vision and roadmap for 2026. These presentations highlighted continued investment in innovation, portfolio expansion, and execution excellence, demonstrating Zahrawi Group’s readiness to navigate evolving healthcare markets while remaining anchored in its values.
