Zahrawi Group recently held its H1 Business Review meetings, addressing the Gulf region on the 25th of July and the KSA region on the 30th of July. These meetings were attended by Leaders from top and mid-management, who gathered to discuss the remarkable achievements of the first half of the year and to strategize for the upcoming quarter.

The meetings showcased the exceptional performance of our divisions, underscoring a highly successful first half of the year. Key discussions focused on the results achieved, projections for the next quarter, and actionable plans to ensure continued success. This proactive approach highlights Zahrawi Group’s commitment to maintaining growth and operation excellence.

In addition to reviewing business performance, the meetings welcomed new members who recently joined Zahrawi Group Leadership meetings for the first time, especially mid-management positions, reinforcing our dedication to talent development and empowerment.

Abdulrahman Ramadan, Zahrawi Group CEO, shared insights on the Group’s year-to-date accomplishments and expressed his pride in the results and thanked the team for the efforts, declaring Q2 2024 was as one of the best second quarters in the last 7 years. He emphasized the importance of continuous progress in order to sustain outrageous success and highlighted the critical role of empowering mid-management being in front lines. Furthermore, he stressed that maintaining robust cash flow is a collective responsibility and essential to the company’s ongoing growth.

Zahrawi Group convened its 1st Quarter Business Review Meetings for GULF & KSA on April 22nd and April 24th, 2024, respectively. Leaders and Top Management gathered to assess Q1 performance, discuss Q2 Forecast, tackle market challenges, and devise strategies for success.

The meetings offered an invaluable opportunity to collectively reflect on the achievements of the past quarter. Each Head of Business/Department showcased their team’s successes, operation enhancement initiatives, highlighting their significant contributions to overall growth.

Abdulrahman Ramadan, Zahrawi Group CEO, delivered insights on the Group’s Year-to-Date accomplishments. He stressed on two key messages:

  • Importance of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module as a strategic corporate investment and enabler for sales teams in enhancing prospecting, better organizing our opportunities and data, and improving win rates.  He also urged sales teams to embrace the tool all across.
  • Continue the Optimization efforts on all fronts for better utilization of our resources and further enhancing the returns

Looking ahead to Q2, the Group CEO calls all teams to believe in the attainability of their targets. Our forecasts are promising, and with necessary actions, leveraging on our Group strength, and trusting our ability to overcome challenges, we are on the right track for another successful year.
