Zahrawi Group, in collaboration with our partner Bio-Rad, proudly hosted the “Redefining Food Pathogen Detection with EZ-Check™ Real-Time PCR Works” webinar, bringing together industry professionals to explore advanced food safety testing solutions and highlight how the EZ-Check™ Real-Time PCR kit enables faster, more efficient routine testing with reliable results and streamlined laboratory workflows.

The session featured a comprehensive agenda covering the EZ-Check™ Real-Time PCR solution, demonstrating its ability to deliver accurate and rapid results while optimizing cost efficiency, operational workflows, and seamless automation integration. It also showcased Bio-Rad’s real-time PCR ecosystem, including multiple validated instrument options, flexible systems tailored to different laboratory needs, an integrated software platform, and consistent, reproducible qPCR performance for both routine and high-throughput laboratories.

The webinar concluded with international validations for Salmonella spp. and Listeria spp., along with a success story from a leading European service laboratory specializing in food testing and environmental monitoring, highlighting strong real-world application and impact.
