Zahrawi Group proudly hosted a special Iftar gathering for the Lab Division on March 24th, at The Restaurant at Address Dubai Mall, offering guests a magnificent view of the Burj Khalifa.

The evening brought together executive leadership and key industry partners in a refined setting, fostering a sense of unity and appreciation during the holy month of Ramadan and in celebration of ongoing partnerships.

This gathering highlighted Zahrawi Group’s steadfast commitment to valuing its partners and fostering stronger collaboration across the organization.

 

Zahrawi Group successfully held its annual Kick-Off meetings for KSA and the GULF regions on February 10th and 12th, respectively. The KSA meeting took place in Riyadh, while the GULF meeting was hosted in Dubai, bringing together team leaders in the presence of Zahrawi’s top management.

This year’s meetings carried a strong message of resilience, ambition, and forward-thinking. Reflecting on 2024, Abdulrahman Ramadan, Group CEO, acknowledged the challenges faced but emphasized how the team rose to the occasion, took ownership, delivered results, and registered revenue growth on the consolidated level. He highlighted that closing the year on a positive note was a testament to the team’s dedication and perseverance.

Looking ahead to 2025, he shared a clear strategic direction focused on seizing growth opportunities and overcoming challenges with agility. He emphasized the importance of portfolio diversification and continuous business development, stressing that innovation and expansion will be key drivers of success. Operational excellence across all divisions remains a priority, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and high performance. Above all, he encouraged the team to maintain strong team spirit, never lose sight of Zahrawi’s purpose, and to always set aspirations beyond the budgeted targets.

A key highlight of this year’s Kick-Off meetings was the graduation ceremony honouring all the team leaders and supervisors who successfully completed the ILM Leadership & Management program. This milestone reflects Zahrawi Group’s commitment to developing its people and fostering strong leadership within the organization. Additionally, a series of team-building activities were organized to strengthen relationships and bring people together, reinforcing a collaborative spirit as the company moves forward into another ambitious year.

The meetings also provided a platform for Heads of Divisions, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to, highlight ongoing projects, and outline strategies for the year ahead. With a strong foundation and a clear roadmap, Zahrawi Group is set to embrace new challenges and drive sustained growth in 2025.
