In July 2025, Zahrawi Group convened its leadership teams for two essential Business Review Meetings, held on the 23rd for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and on the 28th for the Gulf region. The BRMs served as a critical platform to reinforce transparency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all teams remain focused on delivering Zahrawi’s strategic objectives through the third quarter and beyond.

The meetings provided a comprehensive review of the company’s ongoing initiatives and emphasized the importance of maintaining momentum in business development and operational excellence. Success stories were highlighted to encourage best practices, while challenges were openly addressed with a solutions-driven approach, reflecting Zahrawi’s commitment to continuous improvement.

At both sessions, Zahrawi Group’s CEO delivered a clear and inspiring message stressing the need to sustain focus throughout Q3 and the remainder of 2025. He encouraged the teams to continue driving business development, pursue operational excellence, and optimize internal processes.
