We are proud to share that our Laboratory Division has been awarded by our partner Diasorin during this year’s Distributor Meeting for “Greater CLIA Specialties Expansion.” This recognition highlights Zahrawi Group’s continuous efforts in advancing diagnostic excellence through the CLIA Diasorin system, which delivers high-accuracy and efficient testing solutions across a wide range of medical specialties.

On June 24, 2025, Zahrawi Group, in collaboration with Cepheid, proudly hosted the ICU Club at Sofitel Dubai Downtown. This high-impact session united critical care professionals to address one of the most pressing challenges in healthcare today: antimicrobial resistance (AMR).

The event featured a focused agenda tackling both community-acquired and hospital-acquired infections, emphasizing their rising burden in terms of incidence, mortality, and cost.

🔬 Dr. Christophe Martinaud delivered an insightful presentation on CPE Active Screening and the management of high-risk patients in ICU settings.
🦠 Dr. Ashraf El Houfi, Consultant at Dubai Hospital, presented “MRSA: Enemy at the Gate”, highlighting practical strategies for MRSA management in critical care.

The session concluded with a dynamic Q&A discussion, allowing attendees to share real-world experiences and explore advanced diagnostics and infection control practices.
