Zahrawi Group, in partnership with Medtronic, participated in the Robotic Surgery Collaboration Summit 2024 held at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. This event brought together leading experts and institutions to explore the latest advancements in robotic surgery, focusing on areas such as abdominal wall reconstruction, bariatric surgery, colorectal and gastrointestinal procedures, emergency surgery, hepato-pancreato-biliary techniques, and digital surgery.

The summit provided a platform for sharing knowledge through panel discussions, interactive presentations, and case studies. In addition to clinical advancements, it addressed topics like leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation in the surgical field, aiming to equip participants with the tools to advance robotic surgery and foster mentorship across the region.

Zahrawi Group’s Surgical team showcased Medtronic’s Hugo™ RAS Platform, Covidien Signia™ stapling devices, and Covidien Sonicision™ at the event. The Hugo™ RAS Platform is a next-generation system designed to enhance precision and flexibility in minimally invasive procedures. The Covidien Signia™ staplers provide adaptive feedback and precision for a range of surgical needs, while the Covidien Sonicision™ cordless ultrasonic dissection tool improves efficiency and precision during surgeries.

These demonstrations reflected Zahrawi Group’s commitment to advancing surgical technology in the region and improving patient outcomes.
